We recommend at least 6–8 weeks’ notice for permits and accommodation, especially during peak safari season (Oct–April), though shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated.
Yes — Yogesh personally guides all bespoke tours, unlike some fixed-group departures which may include co-mentors.
Same as our standard tours — 10% charge if cancelled 45+ days prior, 50% between 44–30 days, and no refund within 29 days of departure.
